Designation: Tendering Executive / Office Executive

Plz. Note : for Tendering you will be getting training from the Company.

Working Day:

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience

Basic documentation/office experience preferred; tendering training will be provided

Compensation

20,000 30,000 per month

, based on experience hike will be provided ( 2.40 to 3.60 LPA)

Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised person to handle tender documentation, online/offline submissions, records,follow-ups and basic office coordination. Specific tendering work will be taught by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, arrange and maintain tender documents as instructed. .(you will be getting training from the Company)

• Assist in online/offline tender submissions on government and private portals.

• Track tender deadlines, required documents, submissions and follow-ups.(you will be getting training from the

Company)

• Maintain tender files, company records, reports and basic MIS sheets.

• Coordinate with seniors, accounts, purchase, site teams and external agencies.

• Support basic letters, Excel/Google Sheets, Word documents, filing and correspondence.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Word and Excel/Sheets.

• Basic understanding of documentation, filing and record keeping.

• Good follow-up ability, attention to detail and deadline discipline.

• Clear communication and willingness to learn tendering work.

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field preferred.

• Computer proficiency is required.

• Prior tendering experience is preferred but not compulsory.
