We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and housekeeping activities of our office in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and able to maintain a clean and organized workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Handle office cleaning and ensure proper hygiene.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials when required.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other office-related tasks.
Purchase office supplies and maintain stock of pantry and stationery items.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office work.
Open and close the office as instructed.
Perform any other office support duties assigned by management.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th Pass or Higher Secondary.
Prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, is preferred.

Required Skills:

Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office support tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and complete work on time.
