Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise migration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing Microsoft 365 solutions, leading complex migration programs, implementing security and governance, and automating cloud administration.Key Skills

• Microsoft 365 Architecture (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID)
• Azure & Hybrid Identity (Azure AD Connect/Cloud Sync, SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM, Identity Governance)
• Microsoft 365 Migration (Exchange, Tenant-to-Tenant, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Public Folder, Hybrid Migrations)
• Migration Tools: ShareGate, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, Microsoft Native Migration Tools
• Exchange Online Administration (Mail Flow, Exchange Hybrid, Connectors, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Mail Routing)
• SharePoint Online & OneDrive (Site Architecture, Permissions, Sharing Policies, External Collaboration, Storage & Lifecycle Management)
• Microsoft Teams Administration (Governance, Policies, Voice Readiness, External Collaboration)
• Microsoft Security & Compliance (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies, Compliance Center, Secure Score, Zero Trust)
• Automation & Scripting (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation Runbooks, JSON)
• Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud solutions.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise migration and modernization projects.
• Perform migration assessments, planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, and security policies.
• Implement Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Automate administration using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, customer consulting, and stakeholder management.
