Hiring: OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) L2 Support | Banking Client | Navi Mumbai

InfoGrowth is hiring experienced OpenShift L2 Support Engineers for a leading Banking / Financial Services client.

Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Domain: Banking / Financial Services
Experience: 3–5 Years
Budget: 8–10 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Docker / CRI-O container technologies
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes architecture (Pods, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets)
  • Linux Administration (RHEL/CentOS)
  • Basic Networking (DNS, Load Balancers, Routes)
  • Experience with kubectl / oc CLI commands
  • Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana
  • Incident Management, Change Management & SLA-driven Production Support
  • Experience in 24x7 support environments
  • Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 operational support for Red Hat OpenShift clusters
  • Monitor cluster health including Nodes, Pods, Builds, Deployments, and Services
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Pods, Containers, Image Pulls, Networking, and Storage
  • Handle Incident, Service Request, and Change tickets within SLA timelines
  • Manage user access, RBAC, Namespaces, and Resource Quotas
  • Perform routine health checks, patch validation, and maintenance activities
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the L3 team with proper analysis and RCA details
  • Participate in shift support and on-call rotation to ensure platform availability
