To do remote monitoring & analysis of solar plants to diagnose & solve problems.
To carryout breakdown maintenance.
To provide regular reports viz. DGR/WGR/Monthly performance report.
To prepare RCA-CAPA for all breakdowns.
To assist O&M contractor s personnel in the troubleshooting of plant operational problems.
To do periodic site audits to ensure that the plants are being maintained properly by the O&M contractors.
To assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance for all plant systems and equipment.
To do site survey & inspection.
To do stock & spare management.
To do regular safety audits at site.
To check maintenance schedules, performance gain after cleaning activity, and service reports submitted by O&M vendors regularly.
To maintain the drive & keep all service reports for all activities carried out by O&M vendors.
To coordinate with internal team members (Project, Design, Procurement, Finance, BD).
To help the execution team & be ready to visit project installation sites as and when required.
To do the quality audit of materials.
Ready to travel outside the base location as and when required by the Management.

Diploma/B.E. (Preferred Electrical)

Experience

Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in relevant field

Skills & Competencies Required

Knowledge of Solar System including DC, AC, LT & HT System
Knowledge of SCADA and RMS
Basic Knowledge of MS Excel, Google sheet
Vendor Mangament
Knowledge of String/Central Inveter, ON/Off grid System, IDT, Switchgear, Solar Modules
Knowledge of PV Syst
Basic Knowledge of Height & Electrical Safety
