Nursing Tutor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement curricula for nursing programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Conduct lectures, workshops, and clinical sessions to educate students on various aspects of nursing practice.
• Provide individualized guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their academic needs and career aspirations.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop assessment tools, evaluate student performance, and improve program outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSc) or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in teaching or clinical settings within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of nursing education principles, theories, and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and one-on-one mentoring.
