Nurse

Role & responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patients' condition and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment and care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the patient care area and nursing equipment.
• Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and maintain professional conduct.
• Work in rotational shifts and ensure proper handover during shift changes.

Preferred candidate profile

• ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional behavior.
