Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 0 to 10 years
Qualification: MD/DNB in Nuclear Medicine from a recognised institution
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Nuclear Medicine Doctor to join our Nuclear Medicine Department. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing patients using advanced nuclear medicine imaging and radionuclide-based therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine the appropriate nuclear medicine investigations or therapies.
- Interpret and report PET-CT, SPECT, SPECT-CT and other nuclear medicine studies.
- Review clinical history, laboratory results and imaging findings for accurate diagnosis.
- Perform and interpret various nuclear medicine scans, including:
- PET-CT
- Bone Scan
- Thyroid Scan
- Renal Scan DTPA/DMSA
- Plan and administer radionuclide therapies, where applicable.
- Manage therapies such as I-131, Lu-177, Y-90 and other therapeutic radioisotopes as per clinical requirements.
