Role & responsibilities
Relationship Management & Engagement: Nurture existing NRI portfolios through continuous engagements, risk profiling, proactive calls/mailers, and tracking client visits to India. • Portfolio & Asset Growth: Increase liability size, deepen CASA balances, and expand overall Assets Under Management (AUM). • Sales & Cross-Selling: Identify potential customers and pitch customized banking, remittance, and investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Life/General Insurance, PMS, and structured products. • Service Delivery: Act as a primary point of contact for resolving complex client queries and ensuring a seamless, high-touch banking experience.
