- NPD (New Product Development) - Head
- Drive end-to-end portfolio growth by identifying, evaluating and in-licensing high-potential, innovative products to strengthen therapeutic pipelines and accelerate market expansion.
- Product development strategy, launch strategy, execution plan, testing & creating a supply chain for new product launch
- Co-ordination with the different departments in providing the inputs for NPD project plan
- Preparation of new product development (NPD) process timing chart that covers the plan for accomplishing all the activities related to a project implementation
