Job Description Recruiter (Non-IT / Manufacturing)

Mode of working: On site (Mon to Fri) 9.30-6.30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
