Non-IT Recruiter (EMEA/ AMER)

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter (FTE) with 1-5 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities for EMEA/ Americas region.

Location: Chennai
Mode: Hybrid
Shift: Rotational

Notice Period: 0-30 Days

Preferred Industry: BPO / Shared Services / GBS

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Candidate screening and interview scheduling
• Stakeholder and hiring manager coordination
• Talent pipeline building through direct sourcing
• Ensure excellent candidate experience
• ATS management and recruitment compliance
• Work within SLA-driven environments
• Coordinate with external vendors
• Support continuous process improvements

Required Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-5 years of recruitment experience
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
• Knowledge of EMEA hiring practices preferred
• Understanding of UK Right to Work compliance
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS/BPO recruitment environments preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to multi-country recruitment
