NodeJS+ SQL Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Provide application support and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
• Perform bug fixing and minor enhancements
• Analyze root cause and ensure permanent fixes
• Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Participating in KT sessions and documentation
• Ensure application performance and stability

Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of professional experience in software development
• Advanced experience in Node.js development
• Intermediate-level expertise in MSSQL (query writing, joins, performance basics)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
• Experience in debugging and production issue handling
• Good knowledge of SQL concepts and database design
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice-to-Have

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in support & maintenance projects
• Exposure to logging, monitoring, and debugging tools
• Basic understanding of cloud or DevOps practices
• Rotational shifts (coverage between 7 AM – 11 PM)
• 7 days support model (weekly offs in rotation)
