Using Node.js and other associated technologies, you will be in charge of creating server-side apps. Your primary responsibilities will be designing and implementing RESTful APIs, building reusable code and libraries, and working with cross-functional teams to create, develop, and release new features.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing Node.js, create and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable server-side components.
- Create and maintain RESTful web services and APIs.
- Write code that is clear, effective, and well-documented.
- Work with front-end developers to combine client-side code with server-side logic.
- Participate in technical conversations such as code reviews and design reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Requirements
- strong knowledge of Node.js and associated frameworks, such as Koa or Express
- understanding of callback functions and asynchronous programming
- knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- understanding front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Participate in technical conversations such as code reviews and design reviews.
- familiarity with version control technologies like Git
