Job Description
Appscrip is looking for a skilled and passionate Node.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend development, API design, and database management. They should also be eager to learn new technologies and frameworks to build scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop & Maintain Scalable Backend Applications using Node.js, ensuring efficient performance and security.
- Work with Modern Frameworks such as Hapi.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript (or be willing to learn and adapt to them).
- Implement and optimize MongoDB and Redis, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design and build microservices architecture for better scalability and modularity.
- Utilize tools like Postman and Swagger for API design, testing, and documentation.
- Optimize system performance by understanding OS-level resource management and multithreading.
- Work with RabbitMQ and Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript internals, including event loop, memory management, and asynchronous programming.
Required Skills & Expertise :
- Strong expertise in Node.js for backend development.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript internals (event loop, closures, promises, async/await, etc.).
- Hands-on experience (or willingness to learn) with Hapi.js and Nest.js for building scalable applications.
- Proficiency in working with MongoDB (NoSQL) and Redis (in-memory data store).
- Strong understanding of database indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.
- Experience with inter-service communication using REST, WebSockets, or gRPC.
- Understanding of thread management, process optimization, and OS-level resource allocation.
