Job Description
Develop backend components using Node.js and related frameworks (Express, etc.). Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Design and implement RESTful APIs for web services. Integrate with various databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions. Implement security and data protection measures. Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Node.js developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its ecosystem.
- Experience with Node.js frameworks (Express, etc.).
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- Familiarity with database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Knowledge of server-side templating languages (EJS, Pug, etc.).
- Experience with version control (Git, SVN, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
