Node Js Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Develop dynamic user interfaces using Vue.js and EJS templates.
• Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Maintain application security and data protection standards.
• Participate in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Node.js development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js.
• Experience working with EJS templating engine.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, AWS and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Redis, caching mechanisms, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
