About the Role
We are looking for a Fabric Engineer who enjoys working with data, analytics, and modern cloud platforms. In this role, you will work with Microsoft Fabric to build, manage, and optimize data solutions that support business reporting, analytics, and insights. Youll collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to turn data into value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support data solutions using Microsoft Fabric
- Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, and semantic models
- Work with Lakehouse, Warehouses, and OneLake concepts in Fabric
- Support Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability
- Troubleshoot data issues and optimize existing solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs
- Follow best practices around security, governance, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–6 years of overall IT experience, preferably in data or analytics roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or strong background in Azure data tools)
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience with ETL / ELT concepts and data integration
- Familiarity with Power BI and data modeling concepts
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Databricks
- Knowledge of Python or Spark
- Understanding of data governance and security concepts
- Microsoft certifications related to Data or FabricRole & responsibilities
