Node Js Developer

We are looking for a versatile and curious Backend Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our application development, bridging the gap between high-performance data processing and scalable web services.

You'll spend your time alternating between crafting sleek APIs in Node JS. If you enjoy a "right tool for the job" philosophy and love working across the full stack of web-based applications, wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Develop: Design and maintain scalable, low-latency web applications using Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• System Integration: Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs to connect our frontend experiences with complex backend data services.
• Database Management: Optimize queries and manage schemas for both Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code supported by unit and integration tests.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and frontend engineers to translate business requirements into technical reality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Node.js Expertise: Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, Event Loop, and middleware patterns.
• Python Proficiency: Experience in data handling, scripting, or web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask is preferred.
• Web Fundamentals: Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Database Design: Ability to design efficient data models and handle migrations.
• Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git and collaborative branching strategies.
• Problem Solving: A knack for debugging complex systems and optimizing performance bottlenecks.
