Role & responsibilities :

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer & Team Lead with experience in building scalable backend systems using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript on AWS cloud environments. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, architect solutions, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive best practices in development and DevOps.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript with 10+ years of industry experience.
• Architect and implement robust cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in asynchronous programming concepts including event loops, promises, and efficient backend processing.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, including clean code principles, design patterns, and optimized data structures.
• Design and manage AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, Kinesis, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, SAM, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK to automate and standardize cloud deployments.
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI to enable seamless deployments.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving technical excellence, collaboration, and timely project delivery.
• Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and cost optimization across cloud and backend systems.
• Exhibit strong ownership, continuous improvement mindset, and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies and learning opportunities.
