Node JS and Next JS Developer Experience: 3-6 Years

  • Role Overview: You will take ownership of specific features, from front-end implementation, to ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Feature Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js for the frontend and Node.js for backend services.
    • API Design: Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data flow and security.
    • Performance: Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
    • State Management: Implement efficient client-side state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or React Context).
    • Database Management: Write complex queries and manage schemas in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) environments.
    • Code Quality: Conduct thorough peer code reviews and write unit/integration tests using frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
    • In-depth knowledge of React.js and Next.js (including App Router, SSR, and SSG).
