About the Role
We are looking for experienced L2 And L3 (Specialist)Network Operations Engineers to join our NOC team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Routing & Switching and SD-WAN technologies,
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations
- Troubleshoot complex network issues related to routing, switching, and WAN technologies
- Manage and support SD-WAN environments (deployment, monitoring, optimization)
- Handle incident, problem, and change management in line with SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents
- Work with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
Core Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)
- Strong L2/L3 concepts including VLANs, STP
- Hands on Exp in Zscaler Technologies (ZIA, ZPA)
- Hands-on experience in SD-WAN technologies (Cisco/Meraki/Viptela)
- Experience in enterprise network troubleshooting and NOC operations
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs and network security fundamentals
Good to Have
- Basic cloud networking exposure (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
What Were Looking For
Strong troubleshooting skills, experience handling P1 and P2 Incidents and Excellent communication skills.
