NICU Staff Nurse

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to newborns in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess patients to ensure appropriate care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adjust patient care plans.
• Educate and support families on newborn care and development.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and valid RN license.
• 1-5 years of experience in NICU or relevant nursing experience.
• Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and/or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC).
• Strong knowledge of neonatal care practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
