NICU Staff Nurse

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Staff Nurse to join our team at ChaitanyaHR consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, particularly in NICU settings, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to newborns in the NICU unit.
• Conduct regular check-ups, monitor patient progress, and report any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and promoting patient safety.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers on childcare and health-related issues.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in NICU or pediatric settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in NICU settings.
