Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new product designs from conceptualization to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative furniture solutions that meet customer needs and market trends.
  
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product development, analyzing data to inform design decisions.
  
• Create detailed drawings, prototypes, and specifications for manufactured goods using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Furniture Design or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to work effectively with suppliers.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and other relevant tools.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
