Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Zscaler ZPA administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking fundamentals and expertise in designing and managing secure access policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments.
• Create and maintain Application Segments, Access Policies, and Segment Groups within ZPA.
• Investigate and resolve connectivity, authentication, and application access issues.
• Monitor and analyze ZPA logs and performance metrics to ensure optimal service availability.
• Develop and utilize KQL (Kusto Query Language) queries for monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting.
• Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to implement secure access solutions.
• Support security incidents, change requests, and operational activities.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Network Security.
• Strong experience with Zscaler ZPA, especially:
• Application Segments
• Access Policies
• Policy Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of:
• Routing & Switching
• TCP/IP
• DNS, HTTP/HTTPS Flows
• Firewall Concepts
• Network Troubleshooting
• Experience with KQL Query Development for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ZIA, ZDX, or other Zscaler products.
• Exposure to SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.
• Knowledge of cloud and security technologi
