Network Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer / Integration Specialist with strong proficiency in platform development and integration. The ideal candidate should have experience building and consuming RESTful/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration layers. This position is located in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop integrations using ServiceNow's Integration Hub to connect various systems.
• Build and consume RESTful/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration layers to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize integration needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation of integration processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration workflows and data flow.
• Ensure compliance with data governance principles and security best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, and Client/Server side scripting (JavaScript).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration layers.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Agentic AI platforms and their integration with enterprise service APIs.
• Understanding of ITSM best practices, including incident, request, change, and knowledge management workflows.
• Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted automation patterns.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms, such as iPaaS solutions, MuleSoft/API Management, and RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps), and ServiceNow update set management.
• Understanding of integration layer security, compliance standards, and change management processes.
• Strong skills in documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication.
