Job Description
Key Skills: Network Administration, Routing, Troubleshooting
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers and switches for reliable enterprise connectivity.
- Manage Cisco ACI infrastructure and ensure smooth network operations across the fabric.
- Configure and support Cisco ASA and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (Firepower) firewalls, including security policy enforcement.
- Troubleshoot network, routing, switching, and firewall-related issues to restore service quickly.
- Monitor network performance, implement corrective actions, and support incident/problem/change management activities.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on Network Administration experience in enterprise environments.
- Cisco routers and switches administration, including operational support and maintenance.
- Cisco ACI administration and day-to-day network operations.
- Cisco ASA and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (Firepower) firewall administration.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, ACLs, VPNs, and network security concepts.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Palo Alto or Check Point firewalls.
- Knowledge of Citrix ADC/NetScaler load balancers.
- Exposure to enterprise data center environments and security-focused industries such as BFSI.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
