Job Summary

Role: Network Security Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set:Cisco ASA/Firepower Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), VPN, Network Segmentation, File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), Incident Response

Desired Experience Range: 8 – 12 Years

Location of Requirement: Chennai / Delhi

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral)

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls (policy, NAT, VPN)
• Strong experience administering IDS/IPS and analyzing network security alerts
• Experience implementing and managing Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
• Hands-on administration of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
• Understanding of network security architecture, segmentation, and threat mitigation
• Experience supporting security incidents and audits

Good-to-Have

• File Integrity Monitoring (Tripwire, Qualys FIM, OSSEC)
• Cloud networking and security exposure (Azure/AWS)
• Security frameworks – NIST, CIS, PCI DSS
• Certifications: CCNP Security, CEH, CISSP, Zscaler certifications
