Job Description
Network Engineer - SD-WAN
Location: Chennai / Indore
Experience: 5-10 Years
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments.
- Monitor network performance and manage alerts/incidents.
- Troubleshoot WAN/MPLS connectivity and transport layer issues.
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, uCPE, and WAN accelerators.
- Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with customers during service activation and implementation.
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in Network Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in SD-WAN platforms such as Versa, Viptela, Meraki, VeloCloud, Fortinet, or Silver Peak.
- Experience working on large-scale MPLS/SD-WAN projects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise networking environments.
Preferred
- CCNA or SD-WAN Certification.
- Experience in 24x7 support environment (Rotational Shifts)
