Network Engineer - SDWAN

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for network operations including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
  
• Configure and manage routers and switches from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar.
  
• Deploy, manage, and optimize SD-WAN solutions (preferably from vendors like Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, or Versa).
  
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance stability and security.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for network-related issues and upgrades.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
  
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical network support.
  

Key Skills & Technologies:

• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking protocols (e.g., VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
  
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching in enterprise environments.
  
• 2+ years of SD-WAN deployment and support experience .
  
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
  
• Basic knowledge of firewalls and security concepts.
  
• CCNA/CCNP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 4+ years of total experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure support.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
