Role: Network Engineer - OT Systems

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 months + possible extensions

Start date: 1st/2nd week of August

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Network Segmentation Engineer to design, implement, and support secure OT (Operational Technology) network segmentation across manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

Analyze existing OT network architecture and security.

Design and implement OT network segmentation using VLANs.

Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls.

Create, review, and maintain firewall rules and policies.

Secure integration between OT, IT, and MES systems.

Support manufacturing sites with network security changes.

Assist with cybersecurity incident response and recovery.

Implement defense-in-depth security controls.

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of IT/OT Network Security or OT Cybersecurity experience

Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls

Operational Technology (OT) experience

Network Segmentation

VLAN configuration and management

Firewall policy/rule management

Manufacturing / Industrial / ICS environment

OT-IT integration (MES preferred)

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Elisity Micro-Segmentation Platform

SCADA / PLC / DCS

IEC 62443 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
