Network Engineer L2

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for clients using various technologies such as LAN, SDWAN, WAN, Firewall, Zscaler.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and performance optimization.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in Network Engineering L2 role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
• Proficiency in configuring Cisco routers (ASA firewalls) and switches.
