Network Engineer L2 in Halol(Gujrat)

Role & responsibilities

Job Location- Halol -Gujrat

Shift- 24 by 7 and 6 days

Provide network support for designated sites and remote locations.

• Implement and configure network solutions (LAN/WAN, cloud services).
• Perform basic configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve transmission link failures or line-of-

sight problems.

• Collaborate with the Network Operations team to design and deploy network

hardware/software.

• Support network integration and upgrades.
• Conduct network performance analysis and develop improvement plans.
• Install and maintain hardware such as routers, switches, and cabling.
• Schedule and apply software updates for network devices.

In collaboration with global Network team

• Lead network design and implementation projects in collaboration with the

global Network team.

• Align IT strategy with business goals in coordination with leadership.
• Design the organizations network infrastructure and plan future upgrades.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies for scalability and long-term growth.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network equipment (Cisco routers, switches, FW & Cisco

AP).

• Proficiency in network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to structure networks to meet organizational needs.
• Troubleshooting skills for network functions (security, servers, routing).
• Experience with network performance monitoring and optimization.

• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to

stakeholders.

• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Team collaboration and problem-solving mindset.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network issues.
• Perform network upgrades and optimizations.

• Conduct regular network performance assessments.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols.
• Maintain documentation related to network configurations and procedures.
• Network Protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc. • Expertise in RADIUS/NPS, SD-WAN, PBR, and load balancing.
• • Hands-on experience with network routing protocols and network management tools.
• • In-depth understanding of wireless 802.11 bands (2.4GHz, 5GHz, Wi-Fi 6/6E).
• should be having good exposure on firewall.
