Network Engineer

• Hardware testing and performance validation
• Provide remote support for network & system issues
• Configure & support firewall VOIP, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi
• Support Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto devices
• Network troubleshooting and performance monitoring
• Setup & configuration of WAP, Routers, Switches, Firewalls
• Hardware replacement & on-site support
• Maintain inventory & ensure availability of spare parts
• Support hosted IP voice solutions
• Provide AMC( Annual Maintenance Contract ) support

• Cisco certification(CCNA/CCNP)
• Router & Switch hardening
• Troubleshooting & Issue resolution
• Server testing & basic diagnostics
• Hands-on with Cisco networking products
• Incident documentation & reporting
• Performance monitoring
