Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities*

Delivery & Governance

• Manage global delivery model (onsite/offshore mix)
• Own SLA/KPI performance: 
• Incident SLAs, MTTR, availability, change success rate
• Govern: 
• Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity & Asset Lifecycle

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as primary interface for Customer stakeholders
• Present: 
• Service reports, dashboards, improvement plans
• Manage vendor ecosystem: 
• ISPs, OEMs, and hands-and-feet partners

Transformation & Optimization

• Drive: 
• Automation, AIOps & observability adoption
• Tool rationalization & optimization
• Lead initiatives: 
• Network modernization (SD-WAN, cloud integration)
• Security improvements (Zero Trust, segmentation)

Strategic Planning

• Provide: 
• Design & architecture recommendations
• Technology refresh roadmap
• Align operations with: 
• Business outcomes (availability, risk reduction, cost optimization)

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure: 
• Audit readiness
• Security compliance
• Policy adherence across network environments
• Ability to configure and discuss Routing and Switching technologies, MPLS, Network Security, Data Center networks firewalls, VPN, load balancers 
• Must have hands on experience on Cisco switches and routers.
• Must have experience in cisco ACI and Cisco ISE and F5
• Switching: Cisco Catalyst Switches, VLAN, STP, VLAN Trunking
• Must have experience Cisco ASA (Cisco VPN Technology) 
• Must have experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Access points. 
• IP routing (BGP and EIGRP) and switching (Nexus7K,9K)
• Deep expertise in multi-vendor network environments 
• Strong RCA and problem-solving capability 
• Client-facing communication & stakeholder handling 
• Experience in OT/industrial network environments (preferred)
• Strong delivery leadership and commercial awareness 
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise/global accounts 
• Ability to translate operations into business value 
• Executive-level communication
• ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, AIOps) 
• SolarWinds, Grafana, NetOps tools 
• Automation: Ansible, Nautobot
• Infoblox (DDI), Cisco ISE 
• Vendor/OEM tooling (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki)
• Forti Manager, Cisco tools 
• Grafana (observability)
