Job Title: Network Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high network availability, security, and performance while troubleshooting connectivity issues and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
Implement network security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, and system maintenance.
Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for infrastructure projects and issue resolution.
Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity for network services.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
25+ years of experience in network engineering or network administration.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar networking equipment.
Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
Knowledge of network security best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
