Job Description
- Perform project-based engineering, design, installation, and troubleshooting of data networks.
- Take ownership of Cisco ACI network architecture component(s).
- Implement and migrate Cisco ACI technology with hands-on experience.
- Design and implement data center networks using Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure and Nexus 9k platforms.
- Contribute to the development and execution of migration plans from traditional data center network designs to Cisco ACI.
- Integrate VMware ESXi, ACI, and VMM (Virtual Machine Manager) for seamless operations.
- Demonstrate expertise in L2 outs, L3 outs, VMM integration, and understanding of related technologies.
- Troubleshoot traffic flows, routing, and L3 policies.
- Monitor network performance and address problem areas promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors to validate hardware parameters and functionality, replacing hardware if necessary.
- Hands-on experience in data center management, supporting protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Multicast.
