Job Summary :
The Site Supervisor for Network Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and execution of network infrastructure projects at various sites. This role ensures that all work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and deadlines. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision :

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including fiber optics, structured cabling, routers, and switches.
• Ensure that work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within deadlines.

Team Coordination & Management:

• Supervise and coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure efficient workflow on-site.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.

• Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, material usage, and incident reports.
• Communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit work completion reports.

Safety & Risk Management:

• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards on-site.
• Ensure the use of proper PPE and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, BICSI, PMP, OSHA Safety Certification) are a plus.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with fiber optics, structured cabling, and networking equipment.
• Experience in site supervision and team leadership.

Technical Skills :

• Knowledge of network components (routers, switches, access points, etc.).
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber splicing, and rack installations.
• Understanding of network design and troubleshooting.

Soft Skills :

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
