Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Services Engineer to support, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves working across routing, switching, load balancing (F5 BIGIP), SDWAN, network automation, and network services while following Scrum/Agile practices. The candidate will be responsible for BAU operations, simple change execution, troubleshooting, and high availability of network services.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Support

• Provide L2/L3 network support for enterprise environments.
• Manage and support core and edge network infrastructure.
• Execute simple and standard network changes as per approved change requests.
• Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.
• Ensure network uptime, performance, and security.

Routing & Switching

• Configure and troubleshoot:
• BGP, OSPF
• VLANs, STP, PortChannels
• ACLs, NAT
• Support and maintain routing and switching environments on Cisco and Arista devices.

Network Services

• Support and manage:
• DHCP, DNS
• InfoBlox IPAM/DNS/DHCP
• UCVOIP services
• Troubleshoot service degradation and connectivity issues.

Load Balancing & Traffic Management

• Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIGIP (LTM mandatory):
• Virtual servers, pools, iRules (basic to intermediate)
• SSL profiles, health monitors
• Experience with F5 troubleshooting and configuration changes.

SDWAN & Modern Networking

• Support SDWAN environments (operations, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Understanding of overlay/underlay networking concepts.
• Exposure to hybrid WAN architectures.

Automation & Tools

• Basic to intermediate network automation experience (Python, Ansible, REST APIsgood to have).
• Use of network monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Configuration and traffic monitoring using Gigamon (good to have).

Agile / Scrum

• Work within Scrum / Agile frameworks.
• Participate in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
