Job Description
Hands on experience of windows operating system function & troubleshooting
Depth knowledge in various Microsoft office tools such as MS Office, Office 365 (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Involved in different LAN development projects and activities such sub-netting, IP allocation, gateway configuration, firewall configuration, access control policies & routing, NAT rule etc
Good knowledge regarding domain creation, active directory management etc
Good understanding of database like RDBMS, query handling using SQL etc
Good understanding of 7 QC tools & TQM problem solving methodologies
Executed various analytics development project using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik View etc
Basic understanding of IT-OT convergence & its cyber security aspect
Involved in different preventive activities such as OS & anti-virus patch update & system backup
Ensure completion of planned activities in-line with Project execution plan
Resolving issues related to execution by coordinating with vendors, site team
