Role & responsibilities
(1) Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, firewalls & Product Application PC .
(2) Support LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN setup, and network monitoring.(3) Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
(4) Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory.
(5) Monitor system performance, backups, and patch updates.
(6) Document IT processes, incidents, and compliance records for ISO/IATF audits.
(7) Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed.
(8) Support end-user IT requests and escalate complex issues when required.
