Job Description
- Should have hands on experience on Ericsson APZ 210, IOG11C, BYB501
- IN and Routing Concepts IN2.1
- IN Call Flows
- Signaling Protocol SS7 (INAP/ISUP) and ISDN 30
- Database Concepts related to SMAS
- Telesis Ocean fast SSP and Singnaling Unit
- Sonus System and Unit
- Good knowledge of VOIP Functioning
- Good knowledge of SO Services
- Knowledge of KPN call flows and knowledge for used tools like, NMF or other Ticket Tracking tools
- Good Written and Oral Communication skills
- Willing to work in 24X7 Shifts between 10 AM to 11.00PM IST and on call after hours on rotation basis
