Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and support Aruba wireless network solutions.
• Manage Aruba Access Points (Client), Mobility Controllers, Aruba Central, and WLAN infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSIDs, VLANs, RF optimization, roaming, authentication, and wireless security.
• Implement and administer Aruba ClearPass for Network Access Control (NAC), authentication, and policy management.
• Monitor wireless network performance and optimize coverage, capacity, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex LAN/WLAN connectivity issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams on enterprise network projects.
• Prepare network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Provide L2/L3 support and ensure high availability of wireless infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise wireless networking.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Aruba Wireless, Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Central, and Aruba ClearPass.
• Good knowledge of WLAN technologies, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network security.
• Experience with wireless site surveys, RF planning, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with routing and switching concepts in enterprise networks.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA) or Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) certification.
• Experience with HPE Aruba networking solutions.
• CCNA/CCNP certification is an added advantage.
