- Should have basic knowledge about hardware and networking with hardware and network certification from a recognized institute.
- Should have knowledge about Microsoft servers and client operating systems with MCSE Certification.
- Should have knowledge about VOIP
- Should have knowledge about SQL server 2008
- Should have knowledge about Firewalls, Anti Virus, System Assembling and basic trouble shooting for Hardware and Software.
