Main responsabilities

Participate in the following:

Install and configure operating systems for desktops, laptops, servers under Windows ;
Install and configure software packages, such as development environment, SQL database servers, email servers and similar applications;
Configure and maintain up to date servers dedicated to the phone system;
Install and configure communication switches, firewalls, antivirus equipment and software;
Proactive analysis of the security equipment and software to detect potential threats and solve them;
Maintain logs of all changes to the IT infrastructure according to the applicable procedures and work processes;
Respond quickly and adequately to user requests for support;
Participate in the improvement of the existing work processes and procedures within the scope of the quality system.

General Qualifications

Hold a Bachelors degree in information technology engineering;
MS certifications and experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration;
Good knowledge of MS SQL databases (DBA) (asset);
Knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair practices and principles;
Proficiency in MS Office Software, including integrations with Exchange/Outlook .
Good communication skills in English;
Flexibility to work outside regular working hours;
Organized, autonomous, resourceful and meticulous.
