Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Network Administrator L1 to join our Information Technology team . In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and configuration of network devices and customer leased lines to ensure seamless connectivity . You will join a collaborative technical team dedicated to maintaining a robust and reliable infrastructure that supports our global operations .

What You ll Do

In this role, you will :

• Responsibility 1: Monitor and configure network devices, including Access and Trunk ports, to deliver high-performance connectivity and stable network environments .

• Responsibility 2: Collaborate with technical stakeholders to implement network solutions and resolve connectivity issues across Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches .

• Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies while performing troubleshooting and problem resolution in a 24x7 rotational shift environment .

What You ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have :

• Proven experience in a network administration or monitoring domain (Cisco Certified Network Associate level knowledge preferred) .

• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and the functional differences between Layer 2 and Layer 3 hardware .

• Proven ability in problem-solving and situational analysis with the capacity to work effectively under minimum supervision .

• Excellent communication skills and a readiness to support global operations through flexible, rotational shift work .
