Key Responsibilities:

Network Configuration Maintenance:
- Design, implement, and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks (Wi-Fi).
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Perform network upgrades and expansions as needed.
Troubleshooting Support:
- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, both remote and onsite, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide support for network-related incidents and service requests, working closely with end-users and internal teams.
Network Security:
- Implement network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Monitor network traffic for any security threats or breaches and take corrective actions.
- Maintain proper backup systems and disaster recovery plans for network resources.
Performance Monitoring Optimization:
- Monitor network performance, availability, and utilization through monitoring tools.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks or issues that could impact network performance.
- Optimize network systems to ensure efficient data flow and high availability.
Documentation Reporting:
- Maintain detailed network diagrams, configurations, and other technical documentation.
- Regularly report on network performance, security audits, and system status to senior IT management.
