Basic Networking Knowledge
Netcracker - strong Knowledge
knowledge of Java and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux scripting and Shell scripting
Proficient in working with databases such as Oracle and MySQL
Strong command of SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and fixes
Skilled in using monitoring tools like Grafana, Zabbix, and others
Familiar with WebLogic server administration and log analysis
Experienced in handling APIs (SOAP/REST) for issue replication and resolution
Exposure to patching, deployments, and environment management
Well-versed in ITIL practices and ticket handling using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD - for automation of deployments
