Job Description
We are hiring a .NET Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting live applications, incident handling, and troubleshooting in production environments. The role requires strong expertise in .NET Core, APIs, and production issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications
- Handle production incidents, debugging, and bug fixing
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement solutions
- Monitor applications using tools like Splunk, Kibana, AppDynamics
- Support deployment, release activities, and environment checks
- Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
- Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of applications
Required Skills
- Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Proficiency in C# and Web API development
- Experience in production support / incident management (L2/L3)
- Good understanding of REST APIs / Microservices
- Strong knowledge of SQL / databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers and basic scripting
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace / AppDynamics)
Good to Have
- Experience with Angular or React
- Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
